I kinda want some memories.

I like this idea-and I want to see how you all remember me-good or bad. And if anyone wants to leave one for Jer, I'll be sure he gets it.

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

How could I leave just give you just one memory?

Remember playing kick the can with all of my cousins?

Remember playing hours of Sonic the Hedgehog at my house?

Remember when I stayed at your house for Trek and girls camp and we slid down the stairs in sleeping bags?

Remember the time Kellie locked herself in Teresa's room and you unscrewed the knob?

Remember the time I drove out to get your car washed the day you got married just to have it messed up that night? (laugh, it's funnier now)

Remember the time we made up a 'Big Red' Gum commercial and performed it in front of our parents?

Remember how writing an e-mail and deciding not to use spell check resulted in a stupid nickname like Solwette.

Shall I go on? I have so many wonderful, sad, funny, happy, spiritual memories with you my dear, I simply can't count them. I miss you and love you, and I know we will have more memories together, and not just of long distance phone calls.

speaking of not spell checking, that should read "How could I leave you just one memory?" ha ha

I've never actually "met" you, just know you thru Jeffy... I just remember how much it meant to me, and my family, when you did a breast cancer walk, in honor of several people, including my mom... It meant so much and will always love you for it!

Well, lots of memories, even though we only lived together for what, 3 or 4 months?? But my favorite is that one night we stayed up so late in our little Crestwood apartment, talking about the discouraging experiences we were having in our lives, the struggles we were facing, and giving words of encouragement to each other. That night as I went to bed, I wrote you a note, telling you how cool I thought you were, and just to hang in there and keep faith...I put in on your vanity the next morning--only to come back and find one from you on MY vanity. I just thought it was neat that we both wanted the other to know how much we appreciated our late night talk, and the support of a friend. :) Good times.

Love ya! Erin

Remember hiking to the top of Timp with Nate? You had awful blisters but were such a trooper! But yeah, I haven't hiked it to the top since. I can only do that with Jayley!!

I have quite a few memories of you...but recently I have been thinking about the day you and I visited Ryan and met his now grown up daughter Samantha.

And Jerry- I remember you letting me hold your glock...I'm still in love with firearms...we DO NOT keep one in the house though!

I remember your wedding. I haven't known you as long as others - but I have always known you with a smile on your face - and laughter. That's such a great quality. Your daughter will be truly blessed for that. Your wedding was beautiful. And boy, can YOU TALK! =) LOLOL!

I remember standing in the White Plains Building with you listening (on your iPod or whatever it was) to The Last of the Mohicans and you asking me to learn this for you on my violin. Still haven't. Lame friend, what can I say? :)

I remember being at trek with you in base camp. We got into a very deep conversationand it got a bit uncomfortable for some. but you and I are always ready to live pure emotion. I feel like we could discuss anything. You are very open and clear on your feelings and I respect that.
